Cancellation Policy :

• Cancellation rule for advanced confirmed bookings
• No Cancellation Charges will be applied and customer will receive full booking amount if he cancels the ride immediately after booking.
• Customer can avail free cancellation facility upto 1hour before the pick Up time
• Cancellation rule, if a booking cancels during last 1 Hour of the Pick Up Time
• 20% Cancellation Fee of Total Fare (Maximum Rs.500)
• Spot Cancellation (At Pick-Up Point)
• 30% Cancellation Fee of Total Fare (Maximum Rs.500)
• Cancellation after Trip Start
• No Refund
• Trip Cancellation due to Late Arrival of the Vehicle at Pick Up Point
• If Customer Cancels the Trip due to late arrival of the cab no cancellation charges will be imposed
• Cancellation due to Vehicle Breakdown during the Trip
• Fare Adjustment (Maximum 50%) or As Per Kilometers Travelled

Trip Confirmation :

• Your Trip is Guaranteed after receiving the booking amount
• Your trip will be Assigned to Verified Driver Partner
• Customer will receive a notification about the booking via sms.

Cab and Driver Details:

• Cab and Driver details will be Shared within 45 to 60 minutes before the pickup time
